CEDC Capital Theatre Apartments 

The Community Economic Development Center in New Bedford, Massachusetts partnered with Studio2Sustain Inc. to renovate the second floor of the Capital Theatre located in the North End of New Bedford. The mission of the project is to redesign the historic theatre into affordable apartments for the immigrant population in the community. I was given the opportunity by Studio2Sustain Inc. to complete the perspective renderings. The concept of the design is mid-century/ traditional style.
